Tajudeen Alade, who was validly elected on the platform of People’s Democratic Party PDP null and void, and ordered his immediate reinstatement.
The presiding judge, in his ruling charged the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, to ensure the constitutionally recognised local government chairman is reinstated and provided with the needed security to resume office.
